Public perception of the Medico-Legal industry is challenged by independent medical experts often being labeled as “hired guns” with opinions available for purchase. We were tasked with refining and refreshing the Red Health brand and its assets to better align with their core strategic goal of “humanising the Medico-Legal industry”.
They wanted to clearly communicate that they were not just another faceless player and that their youthful team and excellent customer experience was their main point of difference. There was a general lack of awareness for the brand, and their website lacked the user experience needed to uphold the company’s customer friendly core values.
We worked to develop a communications strategy that would increase awareness, drive up engagement with their preferred clients, as well as attract industry leading medical experts to their referral network.
